Direct Support Professionals
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you support clients in their homes and help them with daily living activities. You work closely with other team members to implement support plans, promote the wellbeing of our clients, and provide training, coaching, and assistance to clients in all areas of their lives.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working in Direct Care, Community or Group Home settings as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Occupational Therapy (OT) Assistant and is also a great way to gain experience if you are currently a student in a Health or Social services field.
Emmaus provides all the training you need. We offer great wages, full-and-part-time openings for all shifts, including weekends. High performers can be considered for career paths as a Direct Support Lead, Medical Coordinator, Associate Client Services Manager, and Client Services Manager.

Requirements?
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent (HISET) or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment OR 5 years of related work experience
- Valid and current Class E (MO), Class D(IL) or equivalent and clean driving record OR willing and able to obtain a Class E driver’s license within 45 days of employment
- Valid Auto Insurance Personal working vehicle available during all shifts
- Basic computer skills such as data entry, email, time clock, or Windows based applications
- Willing to work every other weekend & rotating holidays
