Paid Time Off (PTO)
A generous PTO offering is available to team members who work full-time (32+ hours/week). Your PTO starts accruing on day one and you accrue 10 days in the first year with scheduled accrual increases.
Holidays
Emmaus offers eight paid holidays per year and employees are eligible for holiday pay upon date of hire. Holidays include: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After, and Christmas Day.
