All Emmaus employees are eligible for this excellent retirement savings plan benefit. Employees may start making contributions upon employment and may make changes at any time.
Newly eligible employees will receive an employer match on their voluntary contributions of up to 3% of their biweekly income, beginning the first quarter after one year of employment.

Gross Pay for 2 Week Period = $1,500.00
+ Employee Contributes $45 per pay period (3%);
+ Emmaus Contributes $45 per pay period (3%)
