Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA) Certification will prepare course attendees to pass medications in residential settings and facilities providing care for individuals receiving Developmental Disabilities services.

Level 1 Medication Aide (L1MA) Rreview Course for those whose L1MA Certification needs renewed.

Brand U is a dynamic and introspective professional development workshop designed for individuals ready to take ownership of their personal brand. This session challenges the notion that your professional identity is limited to your job title, responsiveness to email, or whether you’re an introvert or extrovert. Instead, it centers on how you consistently show up, in everyday moments, during crises, and across all levels of your work life.

Why It Matters
Many professionals struggle to answer the question: What is my brand? Without a clear and intentional answer, others will fill in the blanks for you. Your brand reflects your unique blend of cultural background, education, personality, and style. If you’re not actively shaping it, you may be missing out on a powerful tool for growth, leadership, and influence.

What You’ll Do
This workshop is not a lecture. It’s a guided experience. You will:

• Learn foundational concepts of personal branding.
• Engage in self-reflection exercises to explore your authentic identity.
• Workshop your own brand statement using personal and professional insights.
• Begin to Construct a Brand U Roadmap. A clear, actionable guide for how you want to be seen, heard, and experienced in your professional environment.
